KEXP invites you to All In: The Rally for KEXP’s New Home on Thursday, July 10 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Featuring live music, a beer garden, and remarks from John Richards of The Morning Show, this is the first public event at the site of KEXP’s New Home in the Northwest Rooms of Seattle Center, and the culmination of an on-air celebration of the musical history of Seattle Center.
The event is FREE to attend and is the fundraising campaign kick off for the new space so if you want to support and celebrate KEXP’s move to the new location, definitely make your way over to Seattle Center this Thursday!
This Saturday, July 11th from 3-6 p.m., Light in the Attic (a record store/warehouse in Ballard) is hosting this first time FREE musical event! It includes musical performances “by rock’n’roll farmers Donnie & Joe Emerson, who will be performing their third live show in over thirty years! Rare solo set by Alex Maas of Austin psych outfit The Black Angels! Also performing is legendary Seattle musician Overton Berry Entertainer(featured on the Wheedle’s Groove series)!” In addition to music, there are discounts on merchandise, food trucks, and DJ’s spinning.
