Remixing the Arts!

At Seattle Art Museum, no two Remix events are the same! This late-night creative explosion bursts at the seams with performances, talks, art making, dancing and more–all connected to Peru: Kingdoms of the Sun and the Moon and SAM’s collection.

Listen to the sounds created in response to the visual art from trumpet players and vocalists as you stroll through the galleries. If you just want to get your groove on, there may be jazz, samba or a DJ spinning in the lobby under the illuminated car installation.  Participate in creating your own art by making a hat, marching in a silhouette procession, and more. As there are WAY MORE things that I can name, definitely check out link below to get full list of all the ways Seattle Art Museum is remixing the museum experience.

Friday, Oct. 25th from 8 p.m. to midnight at Seattle Art Museum

Tickets are $25 ($20/students, $12/members) BUT if you come early AND wear a costume that embodies the sun, the moon, the stars or ALL THREE….admission is FREE (first 50 people)
